Spring Clean your mind! Get out of your head and onto the page! Writing Practice is a good antidote for the ruminating mind.
We sit. We write. We read. We listen. Together.
We follow author of 'Writing Down the Bones' Natalie Goldberg’s writing practice tradition. We work with topics and timed writings. For example, Tell me about a childhood friend. Go 10 minutes. We then read in small groups. You may choose to pass.

In a world full of disconnection, we need each other, we need writing practice. Everyone is welcome—beginners to experienced writers and everyone in between!
"I have studied online with Natalie Goldberg, the author of Writing Down the Bones (and 14 other brilliant books) for over five years. Writing practice is my home, a refuge in these tumultuous times. This practice has brought me deeper into mySelf—I know mySelf deeply! Without writing practice I truly don't know how I would have made it through these past few years!"
